Our Process

The process begins with a complimentary tasting at our shop, Bellaria Bakery, located on Excelsior Blvd. in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.  Your will be able to view our portfolio of previous designs as well as look through our additional resources for ideas and inspiration.  Attendance is exclusively by appointment during the week of the tasting, so we can give you our full attention.

As all of our cakes are freshly baked, we schedule tasting dates so you will be able to try our cakes as they will be for your wedding - fresh, never frozen.  Please call to find out when the next tasting date will be. (952)224-0303

Once you book your date with us, we will work with you to design a custom tailored cake, unique and special, to match the elegance of your wedding. Because our creations are very labor intensive, we accept bookings for a very limited number of weddings each week.  To reserve us for your wedding date, we require a non-refundable $250.00 deposit to reserve your date. The deposit is applied toward the final cost of our services for your event.

If you wish to stop by and try any of our other award winning deserts and chocolates the bakery is open from 7am to 7pm Tuesday through Saturday, and 8am to 4pm Sunday (closed Mondays). We also have a full coffee/espresso service if you wish to stay and have your desert in our cafe area.
